Lexy Penney
With over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Boston, Lexy Penney is dedicated to helping clients transform their relationship with food and body, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. Lexy’s approach focuses on guiding clients to let go of restrictive food rules, address barriers to self-trust, and adopt healthier food and lifestyle habits that support a positive, joyful relationship with food and self.
Lexy also believes that nutrition is a vital component in the addiction recovery journey, providing the strength and resilience the mind and body need to overcome challenges. A well-nourished body and balanced mind can make all the difference in fostering long-term recovery.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Nutrition from Northeastern University. Lexy is also pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Salem State University, with plans to graduate in May 2025, bringing her one step closer to fulfilling her dream of integrating therapy into her practice.
